Get Behind The Badge - "Helping Our First Responders"

Get Behind The Badge provides first responders and/or businesses raising funds for first responders a monetary sponsorship for related activites. Part of our charitable mission is to support first responders in their endeavors outside of their tour of duty.

To make a request for a sponsorship, please review our policy below and complete the Sponsor Request Form. Send the form to our Endowment Director Tammy Berk by mail or e-mail. Sponsorship Policy & Procedure

Request must be associated with a law enforcement and/or firefighter related function. (ex. Memorial, Dedication, etc.)
Request must be affiliated with a law enforcement and/or firefighter participation. (ex. Sports competition, marathon or walkathon, SWAT Challenges, etc.)
Request must be affiliated with a law enforcement and/or fire fighter related entity or cause. (ex. Honor Guard, Pipes & Drums, K9 associations, etc.)
Requests from a private business or entity must benefit a law enforcement and/or firefighter related entity or cause. (ex. Private business holds golf outing to support FOP/IAFF)

Sponsorship requests will not be accepted for the following reasons.

Requests made for political and/or activist campaigns or contributions.
Requests made that violate any civil or discriminatory rights.
Requests made that slander any law enforcement and/or firefighter related events or activities.
Requests made that the GBTB E-Board determines to be offensive or violates 501c3 laws.
