2013 Turkey Bowl - Police & Fire Charity
Football Game
Join us on Friday August 16th, 2013 at Westerville Central High School for the 2013 First Responders "Turkey Bowl". This is a charity football game played by Central Ohio first responders. Tickets are $5 each with children under 10 free. Game time is 7:00pm and gates open at 6:00pm.
At halftime, we will honor the families of a fallen officer and firefighter with the commemorative game jersey and helmet. This year's dedication is: TBD. |

Eric Brill Sporting Clay Competition
Join us at the prestigious "Black Dog Farms" for
the Eric Brill Sporting Clay Shoot on Saturday August 17th from
8am-12pm. Entry is $150 per shooter and includes breakfast, lunch
and commemorative event item. The competition will include 10
stations with 50 sporting clays total.
*Each shooter must provide their own 12 gauge #8
ammunition.
There will only be 50 shooters able to participate.
So register soon as this event will fill up. There will be door
prize raffles and prizes for top 3 shooters including a rifle.
Officer Brill is also a founder of GBTB and was
critically wounded with Officer McDowell on August 24th, 2001. We
will honor our brother with this commemorative
event.
BADGE BASH IV
Join us "Live at The Bluestone" on Saturday August 17th, 2013 for
Badge Bash IV!! This is a charity concert to celebrate the
anniversary of our organization. We are thrilled to announce
that "BOBAFLEX" will be headlining this years Bash.
Also performing are Iconic Tonic, Chillin Sun, Simba Jordan Band, Mark Pennington's Outlaw Uprising and Under My Skin Acoustic Show along with special
performances by the Columbus Police & Fire Pipes and Drums and
Gene Simmons impersonator Bryan Alexander. Tickets are $20 for
General Admission ($25 day of) and $100 for limited "Meet & Greet" tickets with all the bands.
*Tickets include admission to all bands performances. Dont miss
out out on a great concert while supporting a great
cause!! We will also have a Silent Auction with many autographed items and memorabilia. |

11th Annual Terry McDowell Memorial Poker
Run
Join us and the Street Guardians LE MC on Sunday August 18th, 2013 at Centennial Harley-Davidson for the
11th Annual Terry McDowell Memorial Poker Run. We will be honoring our
fallen brother with a dedication and a blessing of the bikes.
Officer McDowell was killed in the line of duty on August
24th, 2001. Officer McDowell's surviving spouse Angie founded
the organization.
Run will go from Centennial Park Harley-Davidson to Scooters Bar - Velvet Ice Cream and end at Quaker Steak & Lube. There will be a tribute to Terry at the end along with live music, door prize raffles and the Harley-Davison Switchback raffle.
$20 registration per rider and $5 per passenger (vehicles welcome). Event held rain or shine!
*Register online before 8/11/13 and receive a commemorative McDowell challenge coin. Only 1 coin per vehicle. Additional coins can be purchased at the event.

Get Behind The Badge Memorial Golf
Outing
Join us at Winding Hollow Golf Club on Monday August 19th for the
2nd Annual GBTB Memorial Golf Outing. Registration is $85 per
golfer or $340 per team (if pre-registered by August 12th) Registration is $100 per golfer or $400 per team if registered after August 12th.
4-man scramble with shotgun start at 10:00am (registration begins at 8:30am). 27 teams or 108 golfers allowed, so register your team early.
*Registration includes round of golf,
cart, beverage tickets, promotional items, lunch provided by
Chick-Fil-A and dinner at the award winning Tap Inn Grille.
